missing tracks

Because I can no longer see traces made in few months of 2011. April, may I see the tracks but I don't see the tracks from August to the end of the year.
If you are talking about on your device then the marine and handheld gps's that I use only have so much memory allocated for tracks. When you fill up the memory then it starts overwriting memory containing the oldest tracks with the newest track, unless you have previously saved them. Some devices have more options on how to deal with tracks. But generally I find that covers most.
If you are talking about your activities in Garmin Connect...... I can't offer you anything. Some others have reported missing activities, but I've not had any issues.
