Choice for longitude/latitude setting with 62S

The two choices for L/L in 62S menu are hddd mm' ss.s" and hddd mm mmm. Neither allows the hundredth of a second. I hike on obscured , overgrown trails that haven't had any activity in 39 years out in the Big Cypress NP. Not having the hundreds of a second makes it more difficult to locate a waypoint. Any suggestions.
Consumer grade GPS, such as the 62S, is only accurate to about 3m (10ft) best case (with WAAS enabled, clear sky etc).
If you use this degrees-distance calculator you'll find a degree of latitude (at 45) is 364,604.7ft. A minute is 364604.7/60 = 6,076.7ft, and a second 101.3ft. A tenth of a second (10.13ft) is as good as you get. With a hundredth of a second you're looking for 1ft accuracy.
