Hi. I seem to be having problems with my Zumo. I have had the unit for about 5 years now, but have always had no luck with updating the maps. Yesterday l signed up for the Europe life time maps. I connected the Zumo to the pc via Garmin Express and started to download the maps. After about 2 hours the maps had been downloaded but it keeps failing when it gets to the "building" stage. I have tried 5 times now to do this but l always get the same result.
I tried to format an sd card which was in the Zumo at the time, and l am wondering if l have formatted the internal drive by mistake! Is this possible?
When l turn the unit on and go to the maps all l get is a message saying "no data available"
I have contacted Garmin but this seems to have been a waste of time.
Has anyone got any ideas on how l can sort this out please!
