There seems to be a problem with the timing chart on Garmin Connect. For the most part, it shows an average speed of 01:52 min/km on my last 10K. I actually ran 04:28 min/km though. The problem could also be caused by the recent firmware update for my Forerunner 210 watch, which I installed about two days ago.
