Where to post about nuvi issues?

I've got a nuvi 3597 that I just bought; having some bluetooth issues. Can't seem to find an appropriate place to post about it here... and can't find other Garmin forums... help?

Garmin nuvi 3597LMT

hello there

I wonder if anyone has an answer to this - Im totally green with navs - bought a new Garmin NUVI 3597 LMT for my Golf MK6 yesterday (its my first nav so thought Id go big!). Just got it updated and working but I cant get the spoken directions to come through the car speakers - only from the unit. Ive got the basic Bluetooth phone prep - but does the garmin in fact not play through car speakers? Switched on this morning and I have now lost the spoken directions from the unit! The manuals dont offer much in the way of help, do they?

Any help greatly appreciated - apologies to be so wet behind the ears!
