How to start a new group in Garmin Connect?

Hi, I´m new to Garmin and would like to start a new group since most of the runners I train with have them.

Go to Garmin Connect. Click on your user name, in the top right corner. A menu will drop down, which has the option for Create new group.

This is an old thread, but I don't see the option to start a new group in that pull-down menu. All I see are the group's I am already in. Anyone know a way to create a new one?

Create New Group is under 3bar menu, Groups in Connect Modern, the above is about Classic

Are you talking about Garmin Connect? There is no option under Groups to add.

Or are you talking about Garmin Mobile? I think I have the latest version and don't see an option there under Groups either.

Is " Connect Modern" a separate website? As far as I know I have the most recent and that option isn't there"

When you click Groups in 3bar menu you get to a Groups page that has 'Create a group' option. Also in dashboard if you have added the Groups widget you can click the + icon there to start adding a new group. Both paths will take you to the same group adding dialog.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I finally realized that the problem might be trying to do it on my iPad. My desktop shows those buttons and links without a problem. The mobile app is somewhat limited for some actions. Thank you again for your quick responses.
