Need some help understanding why I am seeing this message on the live track session.

I ended my ride (activity) 30 minutes ago, and it's been uploaded to Garmin Connect.
Yet, this message is showing on the live tracking URL.

Any ideas???

  • I'm getting the same error, and can't find anything on these forums or on the wider internet?

I've got a Fenix 3, paired via BT to my Galaxy Note 4. I paused the run at the 5.84km mark, then re-started it and finished the run at 9.55km. Now that I am home, I see this:

On Garmin Connect, everything is correct. It's updated automagically by the phone via its BT connection the Fenix 3, presumably:

But the Live Track is stuck at where I paused the watch. Yes, Extended Sharing is On, for what it's worth:

    Any ideas?
  • Seeing the same thing on the Windows Phone

Am seeing the same thing on the Windows Phone.

Have done quite a number of runs with Live Tracking and the results are always the same.

End the run and the tracking. Upload the run and click on the link (extended save) and I get the message "The activity is not yet complete, but the tracking session has ended"

I really want to use this feature but it just doesn't seem to work. Unfortunately I don't have an iPhone or Android device to try and see if the results are the same.

    Same error on iPhone

I do have an iPhone and I am getting the same error. It has been this way for quite sometime. All devices are up to date, Edge 510 reset, deleted the app and reinstalled and re paired devices. Still seeing the same issue!

    Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Garmin 920XT paired to a Galaxy S6 and I get this same message every time.
  • Same issue here :(
    Forerunner 220 + Xiaomi Redmi 3S Pro
  • 510 doesn't work with livetrack

I have resigned myself to the fact that 510 does not work with live track. Have tried this for years and tried again with the new auto-start feature. It sends the email and then just says 'no signal for this activity'

Frustrating. I use the Road ID app instead - it's flawless.
  • you are getting that message because your device lost connection with your phone before you pushed stop so livetrack ended before the activity was complete

if your having issues with bluetooth on off all the time the try to delete your device from your phone and forget your phone on the device and after that re enable both again, that excercise has helped me everytime the bluetooth connection freaks out
