Hello and good evening.
I very recently purchased a Nüvi 40 since I was happy with another Nüvi I had before. As I recall, though, there was no "Garmin Express" back when I had my other nuvi. This was just a few months ago, late last year.
Now I go out and get this new one, check for updates, it gives me two or three updates aside from my free latest map.
I have no idea what's going on, since every time I try to update to the 2013.40 version of my map, Garmin Express just tells me that "An unknown transfer error has occurred. Please try again."
Before it would even tell me to restart my device (which I would try to do, which I imagine is just holding down the power button). But to no avail...
Can someone give me a really good reason not to have to go back to the store and exchange it for one that's not buggy straight out of the box?
