Save the file. How you do this depends on your browser. You can usually right-click the browser pane showing the data and choose Save As or something similar.
Brilliant solution, thank you. I have a mac and had to play around cutting and pasting into the address bar, the file then automatically downloaded and I just added .gpx as the file extension.
Open URL in Chrome, go to the File, Save page as, you will get a number, type.gpx after the number and save to where you prefer, downloads etc, that should be it
This worked for me previously but it seems these links no longer work. I have been trying to download activity 640276482 and several others with no luck. I have tried on two different machines which both worked in the past and no longer work. Strange but true. Has Garmin changed something to prevent this?
Edit: Sorry!!! I was trying to export activities instead of courses!!!! Idiot! I see on can save an activity as a TCX or GPX file directly. Really sorry. End of Edit.
