Can not export from Basecamp to Device

Hello, when i try to export or import from Garmin Map to my device Garmin Montana, Garmin map does
not recognize my device. My PC is with Windows XP.
What to do?

Hello Arnold,

Just guessing here but you might want to update you usb drivers. Open the link below and "Agree....." and then download and install per the instructions.

If you still cannot connect you might turn off your firewall for a few minutes and then see if you can connect.
