garmin connect not showing heart rate zone statistics

Is there a way to see the time spent in every heart rate zone during exercise.

This was easily available in Garmin Training Center, under zone statistics, but I cannot see similar stats in Garmin connect.

And I understand Garmin Training Center is no longer supported, so I suggest adding the heart rate zone statistics view to Garmin Connect

  • They don't do that yet. If you're happy with GTC, there's no reason to stop using it just because it's not supported. Just means you won't get new features and there is the possibility that an OS update might crap it out.
  • the main reason for not using GTC, is that it only shows 1/3 of the actual activities. Do not know the reason for this mismatch between GTC and Garmin Connect, and I guess nobody will spend time looking into this GTC issue, as it is now unsupported.

    anyway, thanks for the reply.

At the end of the day the reporting and statistics views available on exercises is the main comparison/competitive advantage between the different sports tracking vendors.
I have a feeling Polar is more biased towards the training community, and have the reporting being asked for, while Garmin is biased towards the location community, "where am I, and which way should I go". The sports part of the Garmin portfolio is not really up to speed on what we need, and ask for, when it comes to reporting of exercises.
