Has anyone managed to contact Garmin Support?

I put in a trouble ticket yesterday but apparently it's a FIFO queue. I've seen a few other postings here on the forum so I know I'm not alone once logged in it looks like this for me...

Same issue here, able to login but unable to proceed further, have tried deleting cookies, and using chrome, ie, and opera. i get the exact same errors as above...

Pretty poor notification of issues In my opinion. There should be at least a acknowledgment on the homepage of the issue being looked into.

When I tried to login again I got the same error, cleared cookies and I was able to login again. Very frustrating but at least I'm able to login.

Error again now - needs to be sorted by Garmin QUICKLY!
  • I am having the same problem. Garmin's claim on their facebook page that the issue is resolved is not accurate.

I am now able to log in and access some of the site, but the dashboard still gives me the "Sorry, our site is temporarily down for maintenance. Please check back soon." message.

I just tried again this morning (April 24) and it appears to be working again. On my laptop I fat fingered my password the first time, got it correct the second and that is when it started working. On my desktop it only started working after I entered my password incorrectly once. Is that they key? I don't know. Could be a red herring for all I know...

Since yesterday either directed me to "Register" page or in error page as the attachment.
  • Clear browser caches
    Empty cookies
Force a complete reload of the page.

The problem likely lies at your end.
