Exploring Activities - Last search location not being remembered by Cookies?

Hi

I'm using 2 different computers - one computer manages to remember my last search for activities i.e my home town and the other I have to type in a location or navigate using the drag feature within the map - can anyone provide information on how I can set my second computer up so it remembers your last search!

I don't know that they use cookies for that feature. But if they do, then clearing the cache and cookies on your browser should solve it. However, if you search old posts on the subject, then you'll find that many would think you lucky to be within 20 miles of your actual location.

Up until 2 or 3 months ago, mine always started about 15 miles south of me. Now it gets more or less centered on where most of my biking activities begin. And it's working on the three different pc/mac machines that I use, and with Safari, Chrome or Firefox.

Are all the machines you use to search activities using the same internet gateway? One person suggested garmin connect was just grabbing a server location from your internet provider.

The other annoying thing about the activities search is that it does not remember my filter settings. Wish I could set my own defaults for the filter.
