Garmin Connect Website will not acceppt my login/password. Works on myGarmin.

I have the same problem to connect my account.
I had no trouble yesterday.
I am from France.

Yes same problem starting today April 21st. I think it worked fine about a week ago. I can get into myGarmin, but not Garmin Connect.

Glad it's not just me.

The Garmin connect website refuses to accept my username and password. I get the standard error:

"Invalid username/password combination."

The account works great if I try to login to myGarmin. I have tried resetting my password without any change. I haven't logged in to Connect for about 6-8 months is there any change?

Same here. I used it ok three days ago. Today it says "incorrect password" or something like that. I KNOW what my password is but I applied for a new one anyway, which arrived. It doesn't work either. So Connect must be buggered up at their end. Very annoying. You'd think they would post a meltdown on this forum as FYI.

Still no updates? Hello Garmin can anyone from Garmin Support let us know what to do. I can't even find a contact address not related to a product.

I am in the same situation but I think my problem is that in the username in My Garmin I wrote the simbol ":" and My Garmin accept it, but Garmin connect don't accept the simbol ":" in the username. Now I can not change the username and nor allow me to open a new account.

how I can change the username on myGarmin?

any update on this? I can't log on Garmin connect from my computer but I can log in from my ipad and iphone. same user and password were used. weird?

Had the same problem running IE9 on Win7. Logged in from my iPhone and all OK. I added http://connect.garmin.com to Trusted Sites and all OK now.
