Triathlon training plan to Garmin Connect:
My approach to training seems to be a bit different to what others do, and expect of a device like this? People seem to be mostly interested in analysing workouts afterwards, but to me the most important functionality of a sports watch is to have a virtual coach. So I want to have a training plan, import to device, and have the watch guide me through the exercise, i.e. remind me when warmup ends, when to do intervals, etc. In my opinion this is key to optimal training and long term success. Having to download some training plan from some site and spend a lot of time in manually inserting workouts to Garmin Connect and downloading to device is NOT what people should spend their time on.
The above works currently very nicely for Running, and I would expect cycling, triathlon, and swimming to soon follow!
