I have recently updated my resting heart rate and maximum heart rate which recalculated all my zones in Training Zones under settings.
I was already on a half marathon training plan based on heart rate which had my Z2 at 147 max. with the change in my Running Training zones my new Z2 zone max is 156 ( Which Feels much more realistic). I recreated my training plan expecting the easy recovery days which are for 30 min in Z2 to set the Heart rate to Max of 156, but it is the same as before 147. What gives, are these training plans not really personalized to my set heart rate zones or is there something I am not doing correctly?
