Seems to be a common problem with the 610... can never seem to "find" the device when its plugged in. YES i have it on full power YES i have tried diff ports YES i have it close to the plug in... google tells me there are 100s of people in the same boat with the 610. People have been returning them thinking they are faulty... HELP garmin, give us some sort of advice or update for the watch.
