Is there any way to use different color for different activities in the new calendar view. Everything went blue with the new redesign and it's a pain in the a.. to differentiate and find particular activities in the current calendar state. Any way to bring back the old colored activities calendar?
Gotta' say I agree with most of the posts here... I much preferred the old calendar - most of all because of the clear blocks, coloured by activity. :(
The new calendar is a complete disaster! Does Garmin think these things through before implementing? I agree with everything that has been said. My calendar was personalized so it made sense to me. I hope Garmin listens to us and corrects this train wreck!
Please bring back the OLD CALENDAR!!!. Today when i uploaded my activities I get noticed of the "new calendar", what a dissapointment!!! I thought I could change the default colours, but there's only one for all the activities! Does it make sense??? NO!
Was able to view multiple activities in DIFFERENT COLORS with TITLE and NOTES right on the calendar ... there is no additional value of this new calendar to me

So agree with you all. This time is not all changes an upgrade, they are just changes. The old view of the calendar was much better. Light blue is for sure not a colour with good readability eighter.
+1 The new layout is a disaster. No colors, no name of the activity, too small. Give us back the old calendar! I'm serously considering migrating to other diary.
Agree that the old calendar was much better to view multiple types of activities, titles and notes. Please bring it back, already looking for an alternative.
I've been complaining directly to Garmin, and I'm glad I found this thread. The problems with the new calendar are so obvious -- all I can guess is that someone thought that people used the calendars to make pencil notes on, so they didn't want the activity stuff to show up much. Of course that doesn't make any sense. But the new calendar has almost no info on it, and the colors are almost invisible.
Here are the old and new together -- which tells more "Freshwater Lagoon to Prairie Creek (12:02 PM 20.12 mi)" or "20.21 mi 1.3..."?
+1 Really miss being able to see the names of the activities. Also miss being able to easily switch years. I often like to see the training I did the same month last year - that is no longer straightforward to achieve (need to switch to "full Year view", change Year and then select the correct month).
