FR 70 and Garmin fit app

Does anyone know if I can integrate the FR 70 watch with the Garmin fit app on my iPhone so that when I upload into Garmin connect I can merge the 2 activities together. At present it upload 2 activities. The FR 70 will only measure heart rate and does not have a GPS.
