Garmin connect Mobile connection problems on 3G

I've recently acquired Garmin Edge 810. Unfortunatly Garmin connect Mobile App on my Android does not connect to the server when using 3G . It works well using Wi-Fi. My mobile 3G network settings are locked, so no way I can change port or IP id. Any suggestions of how tosolve this problem? Many thanks!
Thanks Pedro. I've tried those but my ISP provider has locked IP and port definitions on the handleset, so I can not change them.... Any other hypothesis please let me know. GARMIN, PLEASE RELEASE A NEW UPDATE SORTING OUT THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM, PLEASE...
