Zumo 350 Issue with upper and lower case

Hi - I am having problems when typing in information, as the keyboard wants to switch between upper and lower case characters as it wants. Pressing the key to change this does not have any affect. Is this a software error that I can fix somehow? Appreciate any thoughts.- Thanks

Hi. Did you ever find a fix for this? I've got the same problem and the only hit I get from Google is your post.
