I did some speed work last night during my 5 mile run. During the run, I ran a 5:45 mile which is quite a bit faster than anything I have in Garmin to date. When I looked at my PRs, it didn't show up. What I don't understand is why it doesnt pull the best mile, 5k or what ever distance out of another run unless it is the exact distance that matches the PR.
