I have a Nuvi 42, running 3.4 software. Last night I downloaded and installed the 2013.40 firmware and lower 49 states update through Garmin Express. It has corrupted my unit. Now, it has no idea where some of my previous favorites are and for those that it does try to find, it takes the most convoluted path to get there. I can't go back to the previous version and can't reset it to factory settings. I thought of deleting my favorites and reinstalling them, but can't seem to be able to do that either. Anyone have a solution? Right now the unit is pretty useless.
