help uploading GPX files (files included!)

Hi,

I have three GPX files I want as Courses on Garmin Connect. They are available online here, here, and here.

I get errors whenever attempting to Manually Upload them to GC in their current format.

I have tried all sorts of things to get this to work and failed in every way. I've tried running them through TCX Converter. I've tried modifying them with gpsbabel, including faketime. I've tried GPX (1.1) and TCX. Absolutely nothing has worked. GC seems to be (unnecessarily) picky about this!

Will someone please help me convert these for upload? I'd be stoked if you manage to get them uploaded as Courses and shared on GC.

But much more importantly, I'd like to know the exact process required to achieve this so that I may be able to handle it on my own next time.

P.S. - I have been able to get them imported into Garmin Training Center and onto my device (Edge 800). But, I still want to have them on Garmin Connect so that I can share them with my friends as well as adjust the time to better match my goal.

Thanks Don. I grabbed the attachment and sure enough, they uploaded right into GC!

Side question.. do you think TopoFusion is worth its price? I've checked the web page for it out in the past, but was never quite convinced. I do a fair amount of mountain biking and road cycling, so I guess I'd use it for occasional route planning.

I use TopoFusion a lot. The ride analysis is great plus it can do elevation correction, adds elev to tracks that have no elevation, converts to TCX with fake timestamps, corrects GPX format to load into GTC and GC, loads all kinds of detail mapping onto your hard drive from the net and much more. For me it was well worth the cost but I confess, I am a software junkie.
