Importing workouts from Garmin Training Center

How do I import workouts from Garmin Training Center? As GTC has been discontinued, I'm sure I'm not alone in having many workouts in it that I would like to be able to transfer into Garmin Connect, but there seems to be no way of doing so.
It will take forever to recreate these. Could this functionality be added as a matter of urgency?

These type of Questions are all over the forum. Has anyone received a straight answer??? This seems really simple, yet the functionality does not seem to exist.
