Sharing my activities - 410

Despite changing privacy settings to "everyone" the "share" button at the top of any selected Activity is disabled. Anyone know how to enable it? Thanks.
The option in privacy settings is only for new activities that you upload. Your previously uploaded activities may still be set as private. So view an activity, then there's a little padlock symbol on the toolbar, just to the left of the share button. So click on the padlock, then set that activity to 'everyone'. Then you should be able to share it.
