GPS that displays MPH in tenths

I'm looking for a good basic no-frills GPS that displays MPH in tenths. My dad wants one for doing field work on the tractor. I guess water-proof would be a bonus too. As inexpensive as possible. I thought I read the etrex 20 did tenths. But I can't find any verification of that.

On my Etrex 20, in auto mode speed is displayed in round figures, but when in walking mode speed is displayed in tenths. I guess it will depend on how fast your dad intends to go in his tractor because I suspect at some point it would start to round up the speed figure. Where that point is I have no idea :)

It is not clear what kind of work you may want to accomplish with a cheaper GPS unit, but you may be asking too much out of it. Mutt best advice would be to try to find someone with a recent enough Garmin unit and borrow his GPS to see if what you need can be done. Even if it is a more expensive unit.
