no split times..

Hello.

Just started using Garmin Connect to import my GPX files from my Oregon 300 and 1 think I noticed is it doesn't give me split time for each mile. Just has them as 1 "lap" of the whole track.

Is there anyway I can get it to display the mile/km split times please? It shows them on runtastic but not on connect.. annoying :)

i.e.

Cheers

I've just started using Garmin Connect and imported several .gpx and .tcx files from Endomondo, however both my 5k and 10k runs show a single "split" for the entire run.

Does anyone know how to import the KM splits too?

    TIA.
  • I haven't used endomondo. Does it break up the activity into splits? If so, that may be the issue, especially if they don't put that info in the .tcx or .gpx.

Garmin Connect depends on your fitness device to insert the lap/split markers in the file. Garmin Connect itself does not figure splits. I noticed that when I exported one of my activities from GC, the .gpx didn't seem to have a lap/split entry. The .tcx format did have 'lap' entries. But I didn't look real hard in either so I might have missed it in the .gpx. But it might be the .gpx doesn't have a tag for that.
