Can't find loaded waypoints

I have an eTrex 20. I laid out a route with Map my ride and exported it as a GPX file. I then put this file in the GPX folder on my eTrex but a can’t find it when I go to waypoint manager or routes or anywhere. I’m brand new to this and have no idea what I’m doing wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you export a GPX file from MapMyRide, it will be a "track", not a "route". So it should be listed on the eTrex track manager.
