Hi,

All my ride temperature's are in farenheit(sp) how can I convert Garmin connect to centigrade ?

Go to http://connect.garmin.com/settings
In the section for "Display preferences", you can set the measurement units.
If you set it to "Metric" or "Statute UK" you will get temperature in centigrade.

Do you know of a way to get distance in miles but keep temperature in Centigrade?

Setting "Statute UK" should give miles and centigrade.

That did it.
My Edge 800 was showing 'miles&centigrade',but was being uploaded as 'miles&fahrenheit'. Didn't occur to me to use Statute UK here in Canada.

When signed into Garmin Connect, click your user alias at the top of the page, then select "settings"from the drop list. Then one of the tabs going down the left side of the page will be "display preferences". Or, the link that CRAIG_WALLACE put in his response to you should take you there.
