I thought today I'd try shifting over to managing my workouts through Connect. Created the workout and saved it, then added it to the calendar. All went fine. But when I try to send it to the device, Connect just sits there saying that it is 'preparing the workout'. ANT agent doesn't get any info. Was trying to send ot the 910XT. What do I need to do?
As background, I've been creating and sending workouts from Training Center just fine. Activities that I've completed are going from both devices to both TC and Connect just fine.
The cherry on top of this glitchy stuff, is that when I tried to e-mail support, the menu that you have to select specifically what you're asking about menus weren't working correctly. So I couldn't fill it out. If you don't complete that, you can't submit your help request. Seems to me like typical glitchy Garmin web stuff. Love the devices (ok, maybe not the 410, but my 500 and 910 are great!), but the web based stuff is horribly executed.
