My activities don't come up on garmin connect

Good evening,
I just got a new garmin fenix from garmin canada, as I got some troubles with the other one in the hardware. Anyway with the other fenix, as you can see in my activities, I could upload them into garmin connect and base camp.
I just did my first outdoor tour today with this new watch (serial number registered) but now back home, I see the activities on my watch as well as on base camp. Nevertheless when I try to upload them on garmin connect, the website tells me:No new activities to upload!

Do you have any idea where this could come from? How can I fix it? I really would like to be able to work on garmin connect with my activities!
Thanks ahead for your help.

Is it set to record tracks as GPX files or FIT files, or both? Not sure if this will make any difference.

You could plug in the Fenix, and open it as a drive on your computer, then open the Garmin directory. Tracks in FIT format should be in a directory named "Activities", and GPX tracks in the "GPX" directory. So you can check if there's any files there. You could try doing a manual upload on Garmin Connect, and picking the correct GPX or FIT file.

    Hi Wallace,

Thanks for you answer. The manual upload is working. I don't why it doesnt want to take them on automatic. Especially because base camp do recognize my 2 activities!
Anyway I got it with the manual.
    Thanks for your help

The fenix i purchased on January did upload my activities on garmin connect but it had a battery problem and now i have a new replacement fenix that does not upload my activities unless i do it manually.
One more thing with my old fenix when pressing right up button it displayed activity started, now the new one displays traking started.

My new Fenix is also problematic,it is actually dead.
    What's wrong about you Garmin?
Now you have to replace my replacement Fenix?
Yesterday after my workout it froze then shutdown and died.
I tried hard reset sequence with pressed return, down and power and nothing happened.
I put it on the charger and no indication at all.
I will ask for a 910xt instead of fenix replacement this time,i have had enough with Fenix.

Once is coincidence, bad luck whatever, twice is bad quality product and i don't have to mention what thrice is!
