Upon turning on my Garmin it freezes when displaying "loading profiles" on bottom of screen? When plugged into computer with basecamp running everything works fine. Any ideas on this scary problem? TJ:confused:
Sounds like you may have a corrupt profile. If you have back ups replace the ones on your 62. If not, when connected to your PC copy all your profiles to your PC and then delete all but one off the 62. Try then to boot your PC. Copy the others back one by one until you find the corrupt one. If the 62 doesn't work with the first one then it's the corrupt one.
This assumes that like my Etrex 20 you actually have separate profile files?
