No map/chart data on activity page in Windows 7/Chrome?

Hi: New to Garmin Connect and my 500. I started uploading ride data a couple of weeks ago, and everything seemed to be working when viewing activities, but for the past week or so I haven't been able to view a map or any charts on the activity page in Chrome on Win7 sp1. The "summary" and "details" data in the left-hand column is showing up, but nothing on the right-hand column is there?

Seems to work fine in IE9, although I do get a javascript error when loading an activity page:

Line: 55
Error: Unable to get value of the property 'unload': object is null or undefined

which is part of some minified JS when I debug.

TIA
  • No graphs/charts. "TypeError: Cannot set property 'display' of undefined"

I'm having similar issue. When I view a workout in Garmin Connect in my Chrome Browser none of the graphs are displayed and the following error pops up: "TypeError: Cannot set property 'display' of undefined". No problem if I view same in Safari. Just in Chrome. Running Chrome on iMac running OS 10.6.8. Have tried updating my Chrome software, clearing Cache and checking browser setting to make sure nothing blocked. Really frustrating to not be able to use Garmin Connect with my Chrome browser.

Need to tell Chrome it's ok to run "insecure content".

"Just click on the shield icon appearing in the address bar and click load anyway....it should then work."

  • I get empty graphs on my work PC (Win7/IE8). I check the Average check box, and all of the chart data shows up. Unchecking the box doesn't remove the data.
