3790 voice command issue after update..

well, read the threads and reloaded software. The gps still tells me that THIS SERVICE IS NOT RECOGNIZED IN YOUR COUNTRY.

When using a nuvi with voice command in another country, you may sometimes see an error message appear that states that voice command is not available for that country. This message appears when using voice command to locate cities, intersections, or addresses in a country other than the one(s) preloaded to your device.
When traveling in another country, you may still use the voice command feature to find and navigate to Points of Interest as well as your saved Favorites and Recently Found locations.

What they fail to explain is how to correct the problem..

any ideas?
