Resending Zumo 660LM to Technical Assistance Service (MILANO ITALY)

I am attaching this to explain briefly the history of my GPS:
At the beginning of the year I bought a Zumo 660LM serial No. 2PW00xxxx with Lifetime subscription. After 3 days the GPS had to be sent to the Tech. Ass. Service.
After making the recommended updates, it crashed and didn’t boot the start up.

After 15 days, the Tech Service returned me a Zumo ONE 660LM Atlantic REFURBISHED (why that? I bought a new GPS for 600 Euros and I get a refurbished one back??? It makes no sense!) with serial No. 2PW00xxxx who presented immediately sound problems, in particular humming noise which followed the sudden loss of audio!

After my report with the request to recover the Lifetime update, installed on S/N 2PW00xxxx, on the GPS with S/N 2PW00xxxx, I was recommended by the Technician to update the software!
The updates have been properly made through the various Garmin programs!
Unfortunately, despite this update, the GPS continues to give lots of problems.
I wish to point out that I've tested it both moving and doing a simulation of the route,
The fault occurs randomly, initially with a sudden rustling, after that the voice accelerates, increases the speed, it looks like a 33 rpm disc sent to 45 rpm i.e., and after that it stops talking and to restore the sound I have to stop, turn off and then on again and again and again and again the GPS!
Operation somewhat uncomfortable to be made on the motorcycle!

Now, I ask you to replace the faulty device with a new and working one (as new was the first one sent in for assistance!)
If I remember correctly, the law requires replacement with a "new" object within the first few days of life and not with a "refurbished" one.
Renewing confidence in your business, I look forward some "encouraging" news on your part, but I also look forward to have a Garmin navigation system worthy of its name!

Should I not have a proper solution in a short time, I reserve the right to appeal to a lawyer to solve the issue also considering the selling price of the system!
