Garmin nüvi 2370LT - Turns on and Maps on load help

I have a Garmin nüvi 2370LT that is about 40 days old. The issue is when I turn it on sometimes the maps do not load. So I reboot the GPS and they eventually load. Is this normal? Suggestions on a fix?
