I’ve been trying to figure this out. What I think Garmin should do is change the menstrual tracker to a symptom tracker and add a menstruation category. That’s the only place I can find to track it. (Ps. Female, post hysterectomy, so don’t need the bleeding tracker but am currently sick as a dog. And the flying made me laugh really hard!)
Hi guys, has anyone had any feedback on this topic or found a way around this?
Old topic, but the answer is to pause your training status when ill. From Garmin: If you are injured or sick, you can pause your training status. You can continue to record fitness activities, but your training status, training load focus, and recovery feedback are temporarily disabled.
Very old topic but still surprised this is not an option. I see there are notes in the calendar which is an okay solution but not great. My idea is injuries and illnesses are like a specially injury/illness activity that is entered when you don't train. There will then be data to see how many days you did not train and for what reasons. Plus, they could add body parts or illness and then you could see an reports on days missed for because of body part X.
