problem transferring courses and training to my 910XT

I've been trying for hours to transfer courses and training to my 910XT but it doesn't work. I'm able to upload data from my 910XT to garmin connect but not the other way around. Need this bad because I'm in Melbourne, Florida and I don't want to get lost running.

Same kind of problem for months

Same kind of problem for months; it works best with firefox...but it is not a full solution

Did you figure this out ive been trying to do it for hours and some time it says it worked but never turns up on the watch an then other times the bar never loads
