problem transferring courses and training to my 910XT

I've been trying for hours to transfer courses and training to my 910XT but it doesn't work. I'm able to upload data from my 910XT to garmin connect but not the other way around. Need this bad because I'm in Melbourne, Florida and I don't want to get lost running.
