Gps position tracking

Hi guys ive got a Garmin 62s and have a question.Can anyone tell me how to get the maps to scroll to my GPS position when following a route. At the moment i have to stop and use the directional keys to centralise my position on the route when zoomed in. I think its probably something to do with the settings but im at a loss!

If you've been using the arrow keys to scroll around, the screen will stay where you left it. Pressing the "QUIT" key will return the GPS to normal. At that point, it should automatically stay updated to your location as you move around.

If there's a white arrow on your screen you're in scroll mode, as frensicpic says you need to press the quit key to get everything back to normal.
