Using a Mac with Garmin 910 and a 500 Edge with no problems. When I train on my Turbo a Cycleops Powerbeam Pro with a Joule 3.0 this is where my problems lie. Login into GC search for Device and select Cycleops. I get a blue line across the screen with a caption reading data. This is all that happens, I have left it for 2 hours and the screen doesn't change. Some back lash to this is my MAC then says device wasn't ejected correctly but it's still connected and i get logged out of GC. What I have been doing is to Upload into Cycleops and Export into GC, down side is the Power Data is missing when viewed in GC. Contacted GC Support with a nice reply don't support third party equipment. Can any one help.
