Personal Records Not Being Updated Automatically - Running

Hi,
I'm new to Garmin and have recently started using ForeRunner 410 [since 01-01-2013]. My dashboard is not showing the personal records. Is there something that I have to do to get PR update automatically? Or, it should be updated only manually? Any help would be appreciated.
