Asus Cursor issues Garmin 405

Hi,
I used to have a Dell Laptop and while in activities mode going over the Timing and Elevation graphs with my mouse it would show actual info. Now I have an Asus laptop and my cursor does not show the info in the graph. Anybody have any input? It would be appreciated.

What operating system and Internet browser is on the Asus?

I am running windows 7. i am using Google Chrome 24.0.1312.52

You might want to try FireFox or Internet Explorer to see if the issue is browser-related.

Phil,
Your correct. It was the browser. There is no plug in fix for Google?

I've tested with IE, FF, and Chrome. It works fine in all 3. I suspect that you've got some setting in Chrome that is causing this. Possibly an extension that was installed. You can start a new Chrome window in "Incognito" mode by clicking the Customize button, then selecting "new incognito window," which will disable all Chrome extensions. Then test to see if the cursor works correctly.

I tried it in incognito mode and it still did not work. I also uninstalled Google Chrome and re installed and no luck. it still didn't work.
