910 XT and Garmin Connect

Hi guys

I have been looking through the forum and have searched for an answer with no result.

I have a new 910 XT and have had no issues uploading automatically to Garmin Connect until today. The ANT recognises my 910, transfers the data successfully, but does not show up in the recent activities as "Untitled" as it has in the past. I have then tried using the "Upload" button and can see the list of activities and time a date. I tick the one I want to upload and get a "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance."

I have so far:
1. Cleared all activities, totals, and history.
2. Been through the initial setup wizard again.
3. I have added a New activity, after clearing all past data.
4. The New Activity won't upload either.

Starting to get really frustrated. Any help that can be offered, I thank you in advance.

Did you "contact Support for assistance."? Actually in this instance I wouldn't recommend you do that, because I think they will just ask you to delete most of the fit files on your computer.

Chances are the file has an error that Connect won't allow. I think you will need to fix the file if you want to be able to upload it. Although that does not explain the problem with the new file, unless that is corrupt also. Possibly worth checking that all the date settings are correct.
