Problems with Garmin ANT agent for Mac

Hi all,

Yesterday I was trying to install the Garmin ANT Agent on my Mac and it gave me an error message saying that my computer does not fulfill all the requirements. The only requirement I could find was that it should have the MAC OS X 10.4.11 or later version and I have 10.5.8.

Has anyone had this problem and can help me? You know what other existing requirement can not meet my computer?

Intel or PPC? I think there maybe no love for PPC Macs anymore

I am having the same problem with my Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 on an Intel 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo... very frustrating.
Anyone worked out what the problem is yet?

PPC was the Mac chipset before they went to Intel.

Have you contacted Garmin Support? I have the 2.2.0 running on 10.7.x and 10.8.x without any issues. Knowing Garmin, what they say they support and what they do support can be quite different.

Maybe try and get hold of an older version of ANT Agent?

I had the same problem but solve it by installing the 2.2 version of the ant agent software: http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4421

Hope it also works for you guys
