Impossible to upload created trainings via Garmin connect to the Fenix?

I have a Garmin Fenix with Update 3.0. Everything is working, the watch also recognized by Garmin connect. But if I design a training and press the button for sending it to the device I get the message that this device does not support trainings. So how to solve that problem? Makes not sense to train with Fenix if I can not upload any trainings to the watch.
  • The fenix is not compatible with Trainings. The watch is made mainly for navigation, montaineers and the like.

I think the Software is not compatible. Garmin should and could easily add the training function as well as the Virtual Pacer/Racer by the next update. It would be otherwise quite strange to add the Foodpod as well as the HF sensor if no training can be uploaded. I just train now by remembering the distance and HF in my "brain" but for Intervalltrainning it is not so easy. Hope it will appear in the next update otherwise the watch makes no sense for me.
  • totally agree. But right now there is a software limitation in the clock. So we just have to wait for Garmin and see if they are willing to listen :)
