Repair this FIT file please?

I'm on a mac and can't find a way to repair this fit file. Can anyone repair it for me please?

Hello Levi,

Something went very wrong with your device. The file says you went 39.9 miles but the actual recorded coordinates calculate to only 0.8 miles. Very strange.
The elevations are also very strange. Starts at 306 feet and drops steadily in long flat steps to 265 feet.

Thanks for working on it. Its a trainer ride. First time I have ever had it corrupt on the trainer/road bike. Normally its the mtb.
