Can't transfer courses from Connect to Forerunner 410

Hi, I've just bought a Forerunner 410, and I've created two courses with Garmin Connect. I'm using a Macbook Pro (browser = Safari). It says the transfer is complete, but I can't find the courses at my Forerunner? Any ideas?

    You are not alone. I have exactly the same issue. Brand new 410, using MacBook Pro and have tried both Safari and Chrome. This is incredibly frustrating! Any help very much appreciated. Thanks.

    As I have the same with my brand new 31XT (and some others too) it seems to be an issue not only linked to one private Laptop only. Hope there will be an answer and a fix.
  • Found the answer in another thread and it works fine now:


    If you're using Windows and Internet Explorer, you'll need to add garmin.com to the list of trusted sites.
    In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites. Uncheck "require server verification." Enter *.garmin.com, click Add, click OK. Close IE. Restart IE.

    Once you send the course, and before it transfers to the watch, you should see the .fit file here:
    C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\3638521116\NewFiles\

    After it transfers to your watch, it will be moved to:
    C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\3638521116\Workouts\
