Workout "Send to Device" option does not work (310XT FR).

I’m having some problems trying to “Send to Device” Workouts from Garmin Connect. I had been intermittently successful in being able to have them uploaded to my 310XT FR after some attempts in the past, (2 or 3 weeks ago) however now I have no such luck and seems to have gone progressively worse over the last couple of weeks – I have tried rebooting Windows 7 PC and restarting my watch but to no avail.

I am though able to upload data from my watch to Garmin Connect without any problems as well as I am able to upload Workouts from Training Center to my watch.

The process seems to be ALWAYS getting stuck at this phase after I click on "Send to Device" option:

It just sits there until I close the window - nothing happens - Does anyone have any suggestions - I have already tried emailing garmin support on this over a week ago but have had no response.

don't know how, no idea why, nothing has changed, all seems to be working now!!! pffftt.
